Who we are

Relationships

We have three couples therapists with diverse specialties, working with neurodiverse couples, couples experiencing sexual difficulties, infidelity, communication challenges, and low or lost sexual desire. With a strong emphasis on addressing sexual problems, including difficulties with intercourse, we offer marriage counselling as well as support for couples navigating whether they want to stay together.

Our focus on relationships also extends to individuals who want to explore their relational patterns, attachment styles, and how past experiences shape the way they connect with others. Each of our therapists brings a unique theoretical perspective, allowing us to approach relationship challenges from different vantage points. For those looking for deeper insight into how childhood experiences shape their relationships, we offer psychodynamic therapy. If clients prefer a more philosophical approach that emphasizes self-exploration and personal responsibility in relationships, existential therapy can provide that perspective. For those seeking a compassionate and non-judgmental space to understand their relational experiences, person-centred therapy fosters a gentle and accepting environment. Additionally, our integrative therapy approach draws from multiple models to tailor the work to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Our commitment is to provide specialised, personalised support to help individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Our specialisms

working with empty nest syndrome in couples therapy

Working holistically with families at every stage of their lives

We have therapists who specialise in working with children and adolescents, as well as providing tailored support to parents navigating the challenges of parenthood. Whether it’s coming to terms with a new diagnosis for a child, adjusting to life as a new parent, or managing the evolving demands of parenthood at different stages, we offer compassionate guidance.

Taking a holistic approach, we work with both teenagers and parents to help them foster healthier, more balanced relationships by making meaningful changes together. For parents experiencing empty nest syndrome, we offer an existential perspective, helping them process the loss, adjust to this transition, and find meaning in this new phase of life.

Additionally, we support adult family members navigating relationship difficulties, as well as parents and children who have experienced loss—whether through bereavement, separation, or estrangement. This includes helping parents understand and process why their children may have cut off contact.

Our therapists who work with teenagers have many years of experience supporting young people as they navigate relationships, identity, and the challenges of the world they live in.

Adolescents

We also specialise in supporting teenagers and adolescents, offering a safe and welcoming space for young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Adolescence can be a confusing and overwhelming time — marked by questions of identity, intense emotions, peer pressure, academic stress, and changing family dynamics. Many young people grapple with identity confusion, including around gender, culture, or sense of self, and may feel unsure of where they fit in the world.

Our therapists are experienced in working with teens, including those who are neurodivergent, and understand the importance of building trust and meeting each young person where they are. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, or simply needs someone to talk to, we’re here to support them in developing self-understanding, resilience, and confidence as they move through this important stage of life.

Our Values

We are a fully inclusive practice that reflects the multicultural diversity of our community. Offering therapy in eight different languages, we provide culturally sensitive support tailored to each individual’s background and experiences. We are committed to inclusivity for all religions, ethnicities, cultures, genders, and sexualities, ensuring that everyone feels seen, respected, and understood.

All our therapists are highly experienced, fully qualified to the highest standards, and registered with a professional regulatory body. They hold indemnity insurance, engage in regular CPD (Continuing Professional Development), and attend ongoing supervision to ensure the highest quality of care. We are committed to ethical practice, adhering to the standards and complaints policies set by our regulatory bodies.

Although we come from diverse theoretical backgrounds and training, our collective approach is highly relational, emphasizing a holistic and systemic perspective. We see individuals within the context of their wider relationships—whether that’s couples, families, cultures, or communities—to foster meaningful change.

We also value flexibility and adaptability, recognising that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, which is why we offer online, in-person, and hybrid sessions to accommodate different preferences and lifestyles. With daytime and late evening appointments, we provide both weekly and fortnightly sessions, ensuring that therapy remains accessible and works for you.
