Initial Consultation with therapist

We offer a free initial consultation to help you explore how therapy can support you. This is an opportunity to discuss concerns and schedules and ask any questions you may have at this stage, to help you decide if the therapist is a good fit. There is no obligation to continue after the consultation.

Individual Therapy

After the initial consultation, you will arrange regular sessions with your therapist, either online, in person, or a combination of both. You can choose between weekly or fortnightly sessions and decide between a set number of sessions or open-ended therapeutic work.

Couples Therapy

We offer couples therapy both online and in person, supporting you with a range of issues including communication, infidelity, emotional distance, parenting, and intimacy. You can choose from weekly or fortnightly sessions to fit your needs.

We provide open-ended couples therapy or more intensive short-term options (4–6 sessions).

Single Session Therapy

Ideal for focused support on a specific issue or a one-off therapeutic check-in.

Single Session Therapy is a focused, goal-oriented therapeutic approach designed to address a specific issue in just one session. It’s a structured and intentional session where the therapist and client work together to achieve a meaningful outcome in a short amount of time.
