What we do
Relationships
We have four couples therapists with diverse specialties, working with neurodiverse couples, couples experiencing sexual difficulties, infidelity, communication challenges, and low or lost sexual desire. With a strong emphasis on addressing sexual problems, including difficulties with intercourse, we offer marriage counselling as well as support for couples navigating whether they want to stay together.
Our focus on relationships also extends to individuals who want to explore their relational patterns, relational trauma, attachment styles, and how past experiences shape the way they connect with others. Each of our therapists brings a unique theoretical perspective, allowing us to approach relationship challenges from different vantage points. For those looking for deeper insight into how childhood experiences shape their relationships, we offer psychodynamic therapy. If clients prefer a more philosophical approach that emphasizes self-exploration and personal responsibility in relationships, existential therapy can provide that perspective. For those seeking a compassionate and non-judgmental space to understand their relational experiences, person-centred therapy fosters a gentle and accepting environment. Additionally, our integrative therapy approach draws from multiple models to tailor the work to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Our commitment is to provide specialised, personalised support to help individuals and couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Our specialisms
Working holistically with families at every stage of their lives
We have therapists who specialise in working with children and adolescents, as well as providing tailored support to parents navigating the challenges of parenthood. Whether it’s coming to terms with a new diagnosis for a child, adjusting to life as a new parent, or managing the evolving demands of parenthood at different stages, we offer compassionate guidance.
Taking a holistic approach, we work with both teenagers and parents to help them foster healthier, more balanced relationships by making meaningful changes together. For parents experiencing empty nest syndrome, we offer an existential perspective, helping them process the loss, adjust to this transition, and find meaning in this new phase of life.
Additionally, we support adult family members navigating relationship difficulties, as well as parents and children who have experienced loss—whether through bereavement, separation, or estrangement. This includes helping parents understand and process why their children may have cut off contact.
Our therapists who work with teenagers have many years of experience supporting young people as they navigate relationships, identity, and the challenges of the world they live in.
We also specialise in supporting teenagers and adolescents, offering a safe and welcoming space for young people to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Adolescence can be a confusing and overwhelming time — marked by questions of identity, intense emotions, peer pressure, academic stress, and changing family dynamics. Many young people grapple with identity confusion, including around gender, culture, or sense of self, and may feel unsure of where they fit in the world.
Our therapists are experienced in working with teens, including those who are neurodivergent, and understand the importance of building trust and meeting each young person where they are. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, or simply needs someone to talk to, we’re here to support them in developing self-understanding, resilience, and confidence as they move through this important stage of life.
We offer psychosexual therapy for individuals and couples struggling with concerns around desire, arousal, orgasm, sexual pain, and intimacy. This includes support for sexual difficulties arising from trauma, health conditions, life transitions, or relationship distress. Our therapists provide a non-judgmental and confidential space to explore sensitive topics with care and compassion. We believe that sexual wellbeing is an integral part of emotional and relational health, and we aim to help clients reconnect with a sense of safety, pleasure, and authenticity in their intimate lives. Psychosexual therapy can also help address the impact of shame, performance anxiety, or cultural and religious messages around sex. It provides a supportive space to better understand your sexual self, improve communication, and rebuild connection, whether working individually or as a couple.
Women’s Mental Health
We also have therapists who specialise in women’s mental health, providing tailored support around issues such as fertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, parenting, menopause, medical gaslighting and trauma, body image, and the emotional weight of caregiving roles. We understand that women often navigate complex societal pressures and shifting identities, and we aim to create space for reflection, empowerment, and healing. Whether you are facing emotional burnout, struggling with hormonal transitions, or wanting to explore your identity outside of caregiving roles, we are here to support you with compassion and respect. Our work is grounded in an understanding of how gendered experiences can shape mental health, and we provide a safe environment to process anger, loss, shame, or the sense of being emotionally overlooked. We support women at all life stages - whether you're at the start of your journey or redefining yourself in midlife and beyond.
Male Mental Health
We also offer specialist support for men’s mental health, recognising that many men struggle in silence with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, anger, emotional disconnection, and identity challenges. Therapy can provide a space to explore experiences that may have been buried or difficult to express, especially in a culture where emotional vulnerability is often discouraged. Our therapists create a non-judgmental and respectful environment where men can reflect on their inner lives, develop emotional literacy, and reconnect with themselves and others. We also work with men navigating fatherhood, life transitions, intimacy difficulties, and the impact of childhood trauma or neglect. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what's wrong, we’re here to help you make sense of your experience and move forward with greater clarity and strength.
