About This Workshop
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is designed for adults who have experienced confusing, invalidating or emotionally destabilising relationships and want a clearer, psychologically grounded understanding of what happened to them. It is suitable if you are currently in the relationship, have recently left or are reflecting on an experience from the past.
No prior therapy experience is required.
