All therapists working at Heathwell are self-employed and registered with their relevant professional bodies. Each therapist is clinically and ethically responsible for their own work and practises in line with their professional code of ethics. Your therapeutic relationship is directly with the therapist you choose. Heathwell provides the setting and practical support for therapy to take place and helps connect clients with therapists whose experience may be a good fit for their needs.
While we bring people together, we do not manage or oversee clinical work. Clinical notes and personal information are held by your therapist and are not shared with Heathwell or with other practitioners. This structure supports clear professional accountability and confidentiality. Heathwell brings together experienced therapists to provide high-quality, therapist-led care within a shared and supportive setting.
