Meet our therapists who offer Art Therapy, from our Southeast London clinic and online
ART THERAPY AT HEATHWELL
Art therapy offers a creative way to explore thoughts, emotions and experiences that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. You do not need any artistic ability or experience to benefit. The focus is on the therapeutic process rather than creating artwork.
Our art therapists work with children, adolescents and adults, supporting a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Whether you are looking for help with anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation or self-expression, we can help you find a therapist whose experience is the right fit for your needs. Sessions are available in person from our Blackheath practice and, where appropriate, online.
