Meet our therapists who offer therapy for domestic abuse, from our London clinic and online
DOMESTIC ABUSE THERAPY AT HEATHWELL
Experiencing domestic abuse can have a lasting impact on confidence, relationships and emotional wellbeing. Whether the abuse was physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, financial or coercive, therapy can provide a safe and confidential space to process your experiences and begin to rebuild a sense of safety and self.
Our therapists support adults who have experienced domestic abuse, helping them work through the effects of trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, shame and relationship difficulties. Sessions are available in person from our Blackheath practice and online across the UK. If you are unsure which therapist would be the best fit, we are happy to help you find someone whose experience and approach match your needs.
