Our location is easily accessible from Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and Central London, with Blackheath station only a short walk away.
Men’s Process Group
An open-ended therapeutic group exploring relationships, emotional expression, isolation, identity, masculinity and experiences of being fathered.
Dads’ Group

The group is facilitated by Arran Knight, a BACP-accredited Psychosynthesis Counsellor specialising in men’s mental health, couples therapy and relationship difficulties.
Arran has extensive experience facilitating therapeutic groups for men. He has undertaken specialist training in men’s group work and also trains other practitioners in this area. His approach draws on psychosynthesis, attachment and relational therapy.
